Inquiries and Appeals:
Each athletic event will have a Technical Coordinator, who will be responsible for its organization. Any appeal must be written and presented before 24 hours from the moment the situation occurred. The Technical Coordinator and the General Coordinator will revise and solve the case. If the resolution does not satisfy the competitors implicated, the School may present a formal appeal to the Disciplinary Committee. These appeals might become a habit. To avoid this, appeals will be allowed for free only once. The second appeal (and all appeals after that) will require a payment of USD 10 which will be returned if the appeal is accepted. If the appeal is not accepted the money will not be returned and it will be used to finance a gift given to the most outstanding team in the Fair Play competition. Each member expelled in any discipline will be suspended for the next event. However, the case will be revised by the Disciplinary Committee.
-
Jury/Disciplinary Committee:
The Jury/ Disciplinary Committee is the highest authority of the event. This Committee will include the Principal of the School hosting the activities, a Physical Education Coordinator and a representative of each of the schools attending the activity, who will be selected at random and can not be implicated in the situation treated. The decisions that this Jury might make will be final with no right to appeal. All situations not included in this document will be solved by this Committee.
-
Competition system:
The system for team sports will depend on the number of teams that participate in the games, classifying the most appropriate ones for the following event.
-
Medical control:
Each delegation will give the medical file of all the members (students and teachers).
The School hosting the event will provide the medical services that it normally has, as well as an emergency plan for any situation that may arise.
