The conditions set out below regulate access and use of the website of the International Education Systems.

Intellectual Property.
All the Web´s content, including its texts, images, graphics, codes, links ("Hyperlinks") that was established from it to other web sites are protected by Intellectual Property legislation.

Restricted Access Area and Security.
By using the Online Services offered in the Web Page private area, the user approve conformity to the terms and conditions of access to key Internet services of the International Education Systems. Access to the Web take place in a secure environment. The server has been certified by Verisign certificate authority (R).

Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy.
Conscious of the need to promote a private and safe environment for Internet users, in accordance with Article 19 Clause 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Chile and the relevant rulings of Statute N° 19.628 relating to the protection of privacy and its subsequent amendments, as well as international standards and laws on the subject, the handling of personal information on the www.iesdeu.com portal adheres to the following rules:

    - IES ensures the confidentiality and security of personal information of users who register as such through our website or through registration form or forms created for this registration process. All information obtained from the aforementioned voluntary forms submitted by users will be processed internally by IES.

    - Personal Information submitted by users will only be used with the intentions outlined in the corresponding form.
    - IES will not send or exchange users’ personal information to third parties without the express consent of the user. The previous point notwithstanding, an exception will be made in cases where the information is requested by a court of law.
    - IES may disclose certain statistical information obtained from its user database to third parties without the consent of the individual user where it is impossible to identify the individual user, these disclosures will be limited to those legally permitted.
    - A user can at any time exercise their rights granted by Statute N° 19.628 and its subsequent amendments.
    Specifically the following rights:
        Request information detailing what personal information is being kept recorded.
        Request the cancellation or deletion of personal information recorded at any time.
        Object to their personal information being used for statistical purposes.
